I’ve been using this feeder for a little while now, and I honestly really like it. I mainly feed my cats wet food, so the cooling feature gives me peace of mind, especially when I’m not home. I also like that it can gently warm the food before mealtime. The app was easy to set up, and cleaning the stainless steel trays is super simple. I have had a competitors wet food feeder for the last couple of years and was reasonably happy with it, till I wasn't :) I have 2 cats, brothers, that are always chasing food. They had finally discovered how to paw their way in to the food trays by pawing the sliding cover on top open. I had reached out to customer service and got a bit of a run around with no solution even when I suggested a few software solutions that would have helped my situation and what I believe others have experienced as well. I didn't know other manufactures had also developed wet food feeders and was lucky enough to discover Catboxy! Their product on paper seemed superior on several fronts. I contacted customer support before purchasing to share with them my situation with the cats prying open the covers to the feeders and ensure that their product would work and endure my cats persistent breaking in. I promptly received a reply back and had the confidence to move forward purchasing 2 units. I have been thrilled, thrilled, thrilled by the unit and continued customer support I received! If my video upload works, you will see one of my monsters trying very hard to get the sliding cover open..but in this case, these units lock when closed and I can attest hold up extremely well! Additionally, this food try has 5 trays meaning I can load it up and leave it for longer before having to restock the trays. Feeding my cats twice a day means they are good for 2.5 days. The software is easier to manage and has more flexibility then my previous competitors unit. Lastly, these units come with cameras installed; its a nice plus, but unless I haven't figured it out yet, it swivels left and right for great viewing but doesn't allow to point down at the tray. I like to see the tray to make sure food was delivered. The customer service has been above the clouds as they have helped me on several fronts, always polite, prompt, and ensuring I was satisfied....I highly recommend this product...and I am a picky consumer.
My cat and I absolutely love this feeder. The fact that it cools and heats up food is such a great feature! The stainless steal trays are easy to wash out too. I wish I knew about this product sooner!

I had been looking for something like this ever since I got my cat. She is VERY food motivated and if she doesn��t get fed she will wake you up around 6am no question. This thing seriously saved me. I have it set for mornings now and I feed her myself at night. She has no teeth so wet food is kind of non-negotiable day and night and this actually works really well. Honestly don��t know what I would do without it at this point. Might end up buying a second one so I can go away for a long weekend and not worry.
I think this is too scary of a machine for my cats to use. I’ve tried everything to get them used to it, and they will not touch it or eat out of it, or even go near it.
