How long can the food stay fresh?

Under typical room temperature conditions, food can remain in good condition for up to 72 hours.

Please note:

  • Actual duration may vary depending on ambient temperature and food type
  • For wet or raw food, earlier consumption is recommended
  • We do not recommend leaving food for longer than 72 hours
What happens if my cat doesn’t show up at mealtime?

The feeder allows a flexible feeding window from 15 minutes up to 4 hours, so your pet has more time to come and eat.

It will open when your pet is detected during this period and stay closed otherwise, helping keep food protected while still allowing flexible access.
Will the lid close while my cat is eating?

The feeder is designed to stay open while your pet is at the tray and close only after your pet leaves, helping provide a safer feeding experience.

As this function relies on detection, proper placement and setup are recommended.
What is the camera for? Is my privacy protected?

The built-in camera lets you check in on your pet anytime and monitor feeding behavior.

You can enable privacy mode to turn off the camera at any time.
Does it support microSD cards? Can I download videos?

Yes, the feeder supports microSD cards up to 128GB for local video recording.

Videos stored on the microSD card can be accessed and downloaded through the app.
