Pisci accepts three alkaline D batteries as backup power. Batteries are not included. In battery low-power mode, app remote control is unavailable. Do not use rechargeable batteries.
The feeder detects a blocked outlet and pauses dispensing until the blockage is cleared. When connected, the app can send an alert. Check and clear the outlet before resuming use.
Unplug the feeder, remove the food tank and bowl, and clean the removable parts. Wipe the electronic base with a soft damp cloth. Dry all parts before reassembly. Do not rinse the base or put the feeder in the dishwasher.
