Europa holds up to 5 meals, with each stainless-steel tray holding up to 150 g of food.

You can set each meal individually and choose which tray is served at which time, so meals don’t have to be served in tray order.

Europa is designed for wet food, dry food, freeze-dried food, and homemade cat food.

For dry or freeze-dried food, we recommend turning off active cooling to help prevent condensation from affecting texture.

Europa uses semiconductor cooling technology to actively chill wet food during storage.

The cooling system can reach approximately 4–6°C (39–43°F) at 25°C (77°F) ambient temperature under test conditions.

Actual temperatures may vary depending on ambient temperature, food type, food volume, and other conditions.

Yes. Europa uses semiconductor technology to warm food before mealtime.

The feeder begins warming the scheduled meal approximately 30 minutes before feeding time, bringing it to around 25–30°C (77–86°F). Once the target temperature is reached, warming stops and the food naturally returns toward room temperature before your cat eats.

This helps take the chill off refrigerated wet food without continuously heating it at mealtime.

Yes. Cooling and warming can be turned on or off independently, giving you flexibility based on the type of food you’re serving.

When both are enabled, Europa automatically cools food during storage and warms it before the scheduled meal.

You can set a feeding window from 15 minutes to 4 hours for each scheduled meal. During the window, Europa automatically detects when your cat approaches and opens the feeding port. When your cat leaves, the lid closes again to help keep the meal protected.

It’s especially useful for cats that eat slowly, don’t finish a meal at once, or get easily distracted.

Europa Pro features an upgraded camera with 300° horizontal rotation, giving you a wider view of your cat and the feeding area, including what’s happening in the food tray during mealtime.

You can check in remotely through the app, and Privacy Mode lets you turn the camera off whenever you want.

Europa Lite does not include a camera.

Europa Pro supports two-way audio, allowing you to listen and talk to your cat through the app.

Europa Lite does not support two-way audio.

Europa Pro lets you record and play a custom voice message during feeding events.

Europa Lite does not support custom voice recording, but both Pro and Lite include built-in feeding sounds with adjustable volume.

Yes. Europa supports local video recording through a microSD card, allowing recordings to be stored locally and accessed through the app.

The microSD card is not included.

No subscription is required for the core features.

You can use the Smart Life or Tuya app to manage feeding schedules and supported device functions without a subscription.

Optional cloud services, if available in your region, are separate from the core feeding functions.

Europa can continue following its preset feeding schedule when the Wi-Fi connection is unavailable.

However, app-based functions such as remote control, camera access, and real-time monitoring require an active connection.

Yes. You can share the device through the app so family members can also access and manage the feeder.

Place Europa on a flat, hard, level surface and avoid soft or carpeted areas.

Leave at least 15 in (38 cm) of clearance from the wall to allow proper airflow and heat dissipation from the cooling system.

The stainless-steel food trays and tray holder are removable for easy cleaning.

The food trays are dishwasher-safe. Keep the main unit and electronic components dry and avoid exposing them to running water.
