Up to 5 meals per day.
You can customize feeding times based on your pet’s routine.
What types of food are supported?
Supports wet food, semi-moist food, raw food, and liquids, giving you flexibility for different feeding needs.
Please note:
- When using dry food, refrigeration may cause condensation, which can lead to moisture buildup.
- Dry food is not recommended when cooling is enabled.
For best results, use fresh portions and avoid leaving perishable food for extended periods.
How long can the food stay fresh?
Under typical room temperature conditions, food can remain in good condition for up to 72 hours.
Please note:
- Actual duration may vary depending on ambient temperature and food type
- For wet or raw food, earlier consumption is recommended
- We do not recommend leaving food for longer than 72 hours
What happens if my cat doesn’t show up at mealtime?
The feeder allows a flexible feeding window from 15 minutes up to 4 hours, so your pet has more time to come and eat.
It will open when your pet is detected during this period and stay closed otherwise, helping keep food protected while still allowing flexible access.
Will the lid close while my cat is eating?
The feeder is designed to stay open while your pet is at the tray and close only after your pet leaves, helping provide a safer feeding experience.
As this function relies on detection, proper placement and setup are recommended.
What is the camera for? Is my privacy protected?
The built-in camera lets you check in on your pet anytime and monitor feeding behavior.
You can enable privacy mode to turn off the camera at any time.
Does it support microSD cards? Can I download videos?
Yes, the feeder supports microSD cards up to 128GB for local video recording.
Videos stored on the microSD card can be accessed and downloaded through the app.
Please note: the microSD card is not included and needs to be purchased separately.
Which app do I need? Are there any subscription fees?
The feeder works with the Smart Life app, available on iOS and Android.

- You can control feeding schedules, camera access, and device settings directly in the app
What happens if the Wi-Fi is unstable or disconnected?
The feeder will continue to follow its preset feeding schedule, so your pet will still be fed on time even without Wi-Fi.
However, app control and real-time monitoring will be unavailable during that time.
Can I record a voice message?
Yes, you can record a voice message for mealtime.
The message may play during feeding events when your pet accesses the feeder, helping create a more familiar and comforting routine.
How do I clean the feeder?
The food tray is removable and can be washed for easy cleaning.
Please keep the main unit dry and avoid contact with water on electronic parts.
